The company is cutting edge and extremely good at maximizing ROI, dealing with data and almost all left side of the brain activities.
Cons
The companies EQ is dangerously low, and the level of respect for most of the right side of the brain activities is almost none existent. Since the company predicts the future, what you have done doesn't matter you are an expense, If they can automate what you do, they will and they let the employees know that.
