None-The toxic and gossipy environment was obvious only from my first days working at Otsuka Europe. People who have not much work to do and soend most of their time checking the clothes and the hair of other emplyees.Stay away if you want a career!

Everything from management to site location.No freedom of speech.People get sacked staright away if they share their personal views with no second chance

Nice Looking Office and Surroundings. Don`t be fooled and sold by the office and surroundings ask lots of questions even ask to be shown where you will be working and see the people you will be working with. Its not about the company its all about the people and management you will be working with.

Cons

Lots of fake people at the company who gossip and chit chat rather than add real value. Instead they make up fake stories and say racist, sexual, religious, and psychological comments about other so called teammates. Nasty comments said about other members of staff seriously affect your reputation and what others may think of you. Experienced Harassment and Bullying by senior department manager to myself and others they have zero leadership skills but rather lead by fear and abuse of their power. People feed on gossip and other peoples misfortune. If you value your mental health stay away. Very Toxic environment not a pleasant place to work for which is a great shame. Certain senior managers say all sorts or nasty stuff about other members of staff in their looks, ability to do their jobs and how they sound. Is this how you lead by example ? You are killing the reputation of these people and encouraging bullying towards them by others.

New CEO is more open, transparent and inclusive of the wider organisation (beyond borders and senior leadership)

New CEO is inexperienced and could become a victim of asking too many questions and not being decisive with the big/hard decisions
