Pros

As a Marketing Coordinator at Outflow Agency, my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The company fosters a collaborative environment where creativity and innovation are highly valued. I appreciate the supportive management team that genuinely cares about employee well-being and career growth. The work-life balance here is commendable, allowing for flexibility in schedules which is crucial for productivity and personal life. Moreover, the company promotes diversity and inclusion, ensuring that all voices are heard and respected, which enriches our work culture. The resources and tools provided for marketing projects empower us to succeed and produce high-quality work. I'm proud to be part of a team where my contributions are recognized and appreciated. In terms of compensation, I find it to be fair given the remote nature of our positions along with comprehensive benefits including healthcare. Overall, I highly recommend Outflow Agency to anyone considering a position here as it presents a unique opportunity to grow in a positive and dynamic environment

Cons

wrtie a short cons While my experience at Outflow Agency has been largely positive, there are a few drawbacks to consider. The workload can sometimes be overwhelming, particularly during peak project times, which can lead to tight deadlines and stress. Additionally, communication across different departments could be improved to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and expectations. Lastly, while the company promotes a flexible work environment, some team members may find that not all roles allow for the same level of flexibility, which can create disparities in work-life balance.

Pros

The pay is fair, the job is fully remote, and you also get healthcare. But honestly, I would rather work at a Walmart.

Cons

Where do I start from? Horrible Management, No HR (They literally said they do not need HR for a company with over 20 staff). It was literally just vibes from the COO and manager who absolutely only favour brown people. Nepotism is absolutely ridiculous that you even forget it's a white man who owns the company. The COO and manager run the company like it's their father's company. There are zero perks apart from healthcare, and there is ZERO growth trajectory ( I mean, there's no HR). You are stuck doing the most mundane work and treated like you don't know what you're doing. Don't bother applying and wasting your time. The company is built on a very shaky foundation, and you'd get blamed for not having results when you weren't even supported in the first place.
