Pros

- Good pay (missions and bounties provide higher pay, on top of existing salary) - Very good flexibility

Cons

- Terrible communication within the slack channel and between support and TLs. Usually when you raise issues with TLs they'll be unable to help and will tell you to contact support... who also can't help. - Personally, I've not been offered any tasks or work for a month, following a training module for which I recieve no feedback. When contacting support, I regularly recieve responses that state I should be patient and wait since no tasks are available - however I know others who are working within this role who all regularly receive tasks. Therefore I cannot say that this job is suitable or reliable for the longterm.

Pros

Flexible work from home. Can work any time of day.

Cons

Not as much work as they promise in the ads, and the pay is lower than promised too. Often have trouble paying on time, or make mistakes and pay you less than you're supposed to get. There is no culture to speak of, and the company is very faceless. You never hear anything back from support and have to access to the people who make the mistakes you're affected by.

Pros

It's a relatively straightforward application process. I was paid 150 dollars so far for completely 7 hours worth of tests during the assessment period (100 dollars actually received, 50 to be paid next week, including a 20 dollar bonus for completing all the tasks). There's a slack channel where people can give each other advice.

Cons

A lot of confusion on the slack channel about who is doing what and when the assessments are completed. It isn't clear when you're doing the tasks how many there are to do or when you will receive feedback or payment. The information is out there, but it's confusing at first to find it. Questions are answered on the Slack channel, but you may have to wait a little while. It's not clear after completing the assessment when/if you will receive any more work.
