Pros

everything! The company is in excellent shape regarding structures, directions, goals and efficient collaboration. From the bottom to the top level, processes and work have high standards. Amazing culture makes you feel welcome, and you work with purpose and long-term perspectives.

Cons

Nothing to remark, the company is amazing!

Pros

The company keep their clients satisfied by hiring people based on their client's assessment and decision. They focus only on creating the best experience for their clients.

Cons

-- If something bad comes up with their employees, they use every means at their disposal to serve their client's own needs at the expense of the interest of their employees like they use their performance improvement plan ( PIP ) in my case ( caused by workplace bullying ) to illegally dismiss (axed out of job) me in the quickest possible time. Note I won my DOLE-NLRC case against this company. -- Management has lack of concern to needs of their employees. So think before you plan to work in this company like I was not surprised when my team behave in their own maladjusted behaviors ( esp. power tripping, workplace bullying, self-seeking behaviors, and dominating behaviors ) as reaction to lack of concerns of the company to needs of their employees.

Pros

Is there anything? Maybe the work-from-home setup, but other than that, I don't think there's anything else.

Cons

This company is very client-centered. You should trust their bad reviews more than the good ones. Almost every account has new clients, and the teams per account are extremely small—like just 1-2 people. The company has been around for a long time, but it still feels like a startup. Everything here revolves around the client. Management won’t defend you because money is their priority. No doubt, they keep repeating the same script to applicants. I wouldn’t recommend this company, especially if you’re transferring for the salary. If you’re coming from a company where you’ve worked for several years, you’ll regret it because they can fire you illegally just because the client wants it—without due process. There’s not even a one-on-one discussion with the client to address any issues, if there even are any.
