Pros

Collaborate with a really friendly team. Work one Saturday a month and take the following Friday off. Work until 8 PM and enjoy a half-day the next day.

Cons

When I first joined, management was supportive and the environment felt positive. Unfortunately, things have gone downhill. There’s now a culture of favoritism and bullying that is not addressed properly, which makes people afraid to speak up. The service department is often looked down on by other departments, and it feels like there’s little respect or communication across departments. There’s also a lack of proper background checks when hiring, which adds to the ongoing drama and inconsistency. Overall, it’s not the same company it used to be ,great potential, but poor leadership and a toxic culture have taken over.
