Leadership is a buzzword at best, a culture which is full of people who’s personality is based on cutting people down, absolute lack of diversity, no job mobility, lots of “old boys club” mentalities, constantly shifting procedures and standards, awful maternity leave protocol
Ovation's work environment is friendly and engaging. The staff really works as a team and engages all of its employees. The training is great and they ensure that every employee feels comfortable and supported. Work hard so we can play hard type of attitude.
Cons
The individual departments tend to keep to themselves instead of mingling. Not really a con in a professional environment like this one.
