      Some people were really nice

      Cons

      Management constantly changing. No structure. US mentalist where they lay people off for no reason. Let go of extremely talented people with a lot of big ideas because they're "going in a different direction"

      I would not recommend working for P448 nor his parent company, Streettrend. Bad and continuously changing management, no career progression, US mentality of easy lay off of people.

      You get free sneakers every quarter which is cool

      Cons

      There’s no company environment most people work remote so I didn’t even get to se or know any of my co workers or even my boss. You can’t learn with people so far away and not always available over zoom
