The team is generally supportive, and there are plenty of opportunities to learn about new tech. Work shifts are predictable, and sales experience gained here is genuinely valuable for career growth.
Cons
The workload can become heavy during peak seasons, and the pace can be demanding with limited downtime. Some stores can feel understaffed at busy times, leading to added pressure. Communication between management and staff can be inconsistent, and pay progression may feel slower compared to the high expectations and responsibilities.
