The CEO has serious trouble keeping anyone of talent. She routinely tells her employees to give "80%." She is condescending and has no trust that anyone will do what she has hired them to do without her standing over them. There is no team energy- projects are started and finished without any collaboration or interaction between creative and development. This can be stifling and dampens any office culture or room to grow. I watched over 15 people leave- many of whom walked out the door without giving notice because her regime was so intensely negative. The work is seldom inspiring and she allows no room for creative or programmers to grow.

The CEO doesn't have the work experience to run her own company or a group of creatives. It's a surprise that they land the clients that they land, because she has a very limited skill set. I've seen her create the most inadequate wireframes and sitemaps for companies. This place unfortunately is a joke.
