no dress code, no real codes of any kind at all actually.
Cons
No structure to business, no shared/common goal or directive. There is no management structure at all. Job descriptions are on paper only. There is absolutely no chance of promotion. There is only one person in charge, the managing director, and they micro manage every single aspect of the business, right down to buying toilet rolls themselves.
