Pros
Some flexibility in start-finish times. Overall quite understanding of life scenarios and they will help work around them with you. They celebrate occasions, and try to make calendar events fun. Good people in all departments. Hybrid work available to most. Can use
Cons
Pay isn't great. Hours are longer than most businesses, in spite of the flexibility. No finishing early on Fridays, or any day for that matter. No commission in the sales roles, which makes the job unrewarding.

WFH after 6 month, friendly staff, VHI after 6 month
Cons
No real progression, annual pay increase less than 3%. Salaries of people on same team all widely different regardless of experience
