Stabilised business, money is very efficient.
Cons
Favouritism with COO. He has his favourites and it is very transparent. he split the company into two. You can be made director if you are liked and paid well. Otherwise, forget it as you will not be successful here. The area is run down, a lot of poverty, drug misuse, prostitutes practising business in day time.. The other M.Ds are self absorbed and reply on COO to do everything. you can imagine the unfair imbalance here. HR is one of the favourites so if you have any problems best to go too COO for advise and void HR. It is his say that counts in the end. You should rename this place as Prisontex.
