I have been working at PGi full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

interesting products, interesting clients and partners, very dedicated staff.

    Cons

EMEA executive team has little external business experience, no longterm strategy, sales approach extremely old school and doesn't fit the requirements of software sales. Micromanagement. Very hierarchical and political. Staff treated as assets rather then humans. Acquisitions tend to end up in a big redunency wave. No visible culture or values other then on posters.
