Pros
Food courts are cheap and have good food. Education funding is somewhat accessible. Salary is among the highest for this role. Vacation days benefits are also among highest.
Cons
Very political company in a sense that you have to be good with your superiors to be able to climb the corporate ladder. Too much paperwork and business processes outdated. Not keeping up with some good trends in the industry. Work atmosphere and offices are one of the worst I have seen. Work load is not equal among employees and salary privacy is non existent.
