      Pros

      Great team and flexible working, fantastic for a supplementary income. Perfect for students.

      Cons

      Work can be dull at times but it is a fantastic opportunity to catch up on a few audiobooks.

      Pros

      Free lunch not much else.

      Cons

      Nepotism...demanding environment with few rewards and 50 hr work weeks on top. Expected to kiss the presidents butt. His lazy sons basically do nothing but yell at people and look like mouth breathers in the lunchroom watching tv while others work. High turnover rate. It’s like working in a jail cell.

      Salary is generous. Training and knowledge gained during employment is second to none. President is passionate about his business.

      Cons

      Hours are very demanding. Time off is below industry average. Work environment is blunt, aggressive, and sarcastic.
