      Pros

      Some management teams are wonderful and supportive. The leadership team is open to innovation and continuous improvement. The company offers pension and 401k match. They provide some free education and great bonus on healthcare program. Some teams have remote/ hybrid opportunities. There’s mobility within the company thus provides a lot of opportunities for growth.

      There’s no transparency around raise/bonuses.
