No increment in 1st year. Pathetic management, senseless HR policies 2yr bond. Timing issues, i used to work from 10am to 9 or 10 pm

Management politics in a company

- management is given in the hands of HR which is doing worst politics. - Hire and fire policy for all the employees. - increment is not based on performance but on flattering basis - Lot of stress is put on all the employees, treated like slaves - No leaves granted , too much of partiality.

1. Politics at extreme level. 2. Only people who talk can survive here, no value of real talent. 3 . People who don't know proper programming language, have given position of tech lead. 4. Tech lead can't even speak proper english. 5. No job security anyone can be kicked anytime out of company. 6. Pay is very low , in comparison with the amount of work. 7. Company Don't care about employees. 8. They fool us by giving fake promises of increasing salary after 6 months. 9. The higher management is full of fake people. 10. For silly reasons salary is deducted. 11. Not filling timesheet for the day after working 12 hours will result in salary deduct. 12. Worst company :- no one would ever keep this company as first preference. 13. They have there core values , by which they blackmail us the whole time. 14. There is no transparency between employees. 15. Everyone here tries to pull down each other, no support from seniors.

Poor Salary Poor increment structure Bond structure Not so good management

Never recieved salary on time. Left organization 3 months ago, haven't yet received experience letter nor salary slips. Management is extremely rude. No growth in monetary terms.

Salary is bit less for beginner developers. There is no fix time of work hours of day if working on a project .
