      C suite is amazing! Doctors are amazing! Always supportive of everyone and take care of the staff. They appreciate hard work and reward and praise when a job is well done. Great benefits!

      Don’t listen to the other recent “good reviews” they’re paying employees to write them. Miserable place to work! Everyone is looking for new jobs and the turnaround rate is super high, no employees have lasted long. the treatment is so bad that if they don’t like someone they will fire them! They discriminate for many different reasons & they think they can get away with it. Beware of the old leprechaun that is always lurking and makes your life miserable… because she’s a miserable person too.

      It is always unfortunate when an employee must be discharged, in order to protect the best interests of the entire team, however, unjustified and non-factual allegations will be clarified below. The PRMA executive leadership team can categorically confirm that employees are not and never have been paid to write reviews. PRMA management has no control of any reviews written. The company is honored to have long tenured, as well as returning employees to the team and proud of our low labor turnover rate, as evidenced in the Texas Workforce Commission tax rate.
