Dynamic teams, very interesting topics (PTOLEMUS is truly a well-known expert of the connected mobility industry), involved in real projects few days after the beginning of my internship. The management is flexible and trying to continuously improve the company and its processes.

The remuneration could be higher, employee turnover is sometimes intense.

The company has been setting up systems and processes in place and transforming to become a solid player, personnel wise, in the mobility space. Very good compensation and fringe benefits.
Cons
None I can think of now; just the usual consulting industry problem of poor work life balance which Ptolemus tries to balance well by having a research and strategy arm which gives employees the flexibility to balance out time between both.

I worked on several consulting projects with various type of clients and interesting business challenges to be solved, all linked to automotive and mobility.
