Doesn't produce the best work, (often not enough time/money/team to do it well) and frequent changeover in leadership means it can feel unstable and constantly moving goals. Can be a chaotic and somewhat disorganized place much of the time.

Company doesn't always get the best work, merger complicates things, work life balance not always great (late nights and weekends)
