Exciting vision and the feeling that everyone in the company has bought into that and is working towards common goal. Open office, feeling that you can talk to anyone in any department, including upper management. Never felt like capital was an issue despite being a young startup, resources provided were great. As a career starter, there is huge scope for progression within the ranks.
Cons
Company still try searching for its identity, which is understandable as it expands.
