160 hours of PTO for the year. With other PTO options at your disposal to use. Only 8 hours of PTO for mental health which needs to be increased if you work here.
Cons
Blatand favoritism and special treatment with close friends and family hires and who they like, hostile work environment, high turnover rate, retaliation after speaking up, micro manage laptop usage, constructive discharge, tell staff they can't talk about wages, execs will gossip about staff, execs encourage management to gossip about staff to eachother in "venting sessions". Class action lawsuit which proves the work environment.
