Bad Management and Toxic Work Culture

Anonymous employee
Recommend
CEO approval
Business outlook

Pros

- Chance to work with many different licensors - Chance to learn different aspects of the licensing business - Colleagues are nice

Cons

- Lack of manpower means you have to take over roles that you are not trained for and clearly do not have the expertise. - Not being contactable during weekends and leaves are frowned upon. - No clear direction for projects which will lead to constant last minute changes. - Projects always rushed and have last minute deadline - No career growth - Disregard for employees personal life and health - Toxic work culture where you will be blamed if something goes wrong even though the decision was made by upper management.
