-Astonishingly disorganized, the company is far behind the times when it comes to utilizing technology. Their policies literally shoot themselves in the foot and make their own jobs harder than they have to be. - its ran by a bunch of old life'ers that have been there forever and are slow and lazy. - well below standard pay. no perks
