      Good place to learn for junior staff

      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere, open door policy to senior management, opportunity to learn as you are assigned a lot of tasks which will give you the opportunity to grow your skills.

      Cons

      Industry is new and regulations change fairly regularly so may not provide job security due to the unstable nature of things. Senior leadership make decisions without considering the effect on majority of staff. Salary is below average.

      Pros

      At least salary are paid on time, and you want have a problem if you just do your job. Just that you want grow

      Cons

      Growth is big issue, especially of locally educated staff. To grow meaningfully you have learn to speak slight phonetic like the CEO tayo oviosu, schooled abroad, play politics, steal ideas and be loud and visible. Don't waste your time at this company they have a salary cap for locals, they will take your idea and your glory. You will be left or sacked
