      Nothing worth noting or anything else they can care less

      Cons

      Everything they allow their leads to go to sleep on the clock an steal time they allow certain individuals to come in drunk off alcohol they allow relatives to get higher pay they don't care about their employees or paying them no raises managers and supervisors cuss at you as well

      Really none other than they pay every week and some people recognize there lack of communication with there employees that’s basically it.

      Cons

      The worst company you could work for they do not communicate with there employees, this is a full temporary chop shop if they makes any sense . Pak Lite rarely hires anybody they will promise you employment but prolong on hiring you to save money on holiday pay multiple people have cancer at this company and a few have died recently so that makes me think maybe they work with hazardous materials and do not tell there employees , and you do not earn any sick days until you have completed 6 months of employment once your hired that maybe a year or so you will be a temp , not a good company to work for steer clear of PAK-LITE !!! + the pay is way below industry standard. + you will not have a healthy diet working here they have a 15 lunch break ,that makes no sense.
