The company owners are horrible people and their head of travel & hospitality is a bully. The company is a scam

Palm PR was by far the worst place I have ever worked at and whilst it has the above pros, the cons massively outweigh them. The workplace is a culture of toxicity, blame and fearmongering with unrealistic deadlines, expectations and workload, yet no resource, budget or staff. The company's focus is not on its staff's wellbeing or even its clients, but on making as much money as possible. People's mental health is not taken seriously or seen as a priority, forcing multiple people to be signed off with work related stress and not returning. The staff turnover is also incredibly high. I could say a lot more but what I will say is do not work at this place because trust me, you will regret it, everyone does.
