      Pros

      - If you're a newbie and can give full-time then panacloud is a place for you - Flexible hours with a focus on deliverables and execution - Company invests heavily in training employees

      Cons

      - Management is not good - You'll be paid less than you deserve no matter you've been working for 6 months or two years - Environment is dirty - No HR to listen your requests you've to reach out CTO of the company - Not a professional environment - No unpaid leaves

      Pros

      Good for learning basic technologies. Timing is flexible, so you can continue this work with your studies. You can contact the CEO directly regarding anything you want. you can teach at an affiliated institute which is a good addition to your CV and basic knowledge as well. not much politics. they are too shy to fire you.

      Cons

      not a good environment to do hard thinking tasks. no cleanliness. no lunch or tea facility provided. no transport. no housing no medical facility. no insurance. Management is very frugal. many people bring their own laptops for work. their product creation process is very bad. salaries are very low. you have to do everything yourself, from troubleshooting internet connectivity to finding a power extension. office is arranged like a badly managed house. no salary certificate or experience certificate.
