The company emphasized a 'family' culture, but in reality, management often treated employees as expendable. Development and career progression were not a priority, and raises were out of the question—many colleagues, including myself, didn’t even bother asking. Stay away. The HR manager is the CEO's wife. When they say it's a "family" company, they mean it literally. With such a toxic family, it's better to have no family at all! Search for "Panda Trading systems” online, and you'll find the disgusting court statements between the CEO and his partner! It's better to be unemployed than to stay there.
