      Pros

      Team feeling, nice coworkers, great customers. Tasks are doable, not complicated. Great chance to learn and grow your knowledge about tea. All locations are interesting.

      Cons

      Unclear structure, no transparency, low wages, very long hours, horrible compensation, no future perspectives. Management has little experience which leads to strange expectations.
