It's a small team, which means employees may be requested to help in other areas Sometimes workload can be high, and some people can get stressed High turnover Not everyone gets always along well with everyone else In the past, some employees have been very sly, taking advantage of the flexibility and the trust they were given; it's not as easy to be trusted now, as it was before, and this can be annoying for new employees in their first months, but it's a natural consequence of past experiences.
