There are so many organizations that say the same thing : "we put our employees first, we strive to be the best, we believe in executing with excellence, committed to transparency..." At Paradigm all of this is true - how refreshing to work for an organization that walks the talk!!

Cons

If you are afraid of hard work, meaningful challenges and fast growth, this is not the place for you!

friendly co-workers interesting & dynamic work cross function training is available beer cart fridays full training is provided and work is challenging with clearly defined goals working for the customers and will do anything to satisfy the client super fun work events

Cons

staff is not young very much a desk job a bit silo'd in some departments not much encouragement for innovation

We have the Best team ever. We are in the top 100 best company this year. During the summer, Every friday we have a Beer and a bag of chips:) They always try to make Job activity to create a great complicity in the company which make us a fierce team. If you ever get board of your job there is always some other position that you can apply in the company.

Cons

Sometimes it can get very cold in the office because of the AC. We only have a lunch break of 30 minutes... unless you wish to finish half an hour at the end of your shift.
