Decent pay (that's how they get you in) Owned by Risk Strategies Company, which offers good benefits and pay.
Cons
Toxic and fear based environment. If the head boss (no longer the owner) doesn't like you, he will allow others to bully you. Blatant favoritism for those who kiss booty and don't work hard, no management, no direction, no support, teamwork not encouraged, bullying from upper management, lots of promises that are NEVER kept. No work life balance. A lot of turnover. ** 10/10 Do not recommend

Free lunch, until their wasn't.
Cons
Very fast turnover, I believe I saw more than 8 employees quit in a matter of one month. Actions of managers are in best interest of the company, not the employee.
