Pathetic company with a useless and brainless CEO

No Pros, this company is specialized in humiliating its employees for no reason.

Cons

This company and its employees are controlled by its useless and brainless CEO - Neeraj. Being the CEO of the company he has no work ethics or manners. The employees are literally harassed by this person for no reason, every employee is pressurized to work as per his instructions and mood. The policies keep changing from person to person, time to time, policy gets changed by the CEO in different situation. He is one selfish, brainless and mannerless human who is running a company that has no direction ahead. Due to his poor management and abusive language, many employees have left the organization and company is on a downfall. There's not even a single policy as per the Indian Law. The policies are prepared by the CEO as per his convenience. Leaves - only 15 leaves annually that too if employees utilize, they are being harassed at work. No public holidays as per the law. Unprofessional work culture - The CEO has a poor habit of Micro-management, unnecessarily employees are forced to work extra hours otherwise they are asked to leave the job immediately without notice. For women employees- This company is NOT SUITABLE for female employees. The CEO literally harasses the female employees with unnecessary work pressure, rude language, creating uncomfortable work conditions and then terminating them without any valid reason. Salary - Salary range is very low if compared with other similar level companies in market. They have this strange structure that they deduct the amount of Diwali bonus every month from your salary which is a part of your CTC and pay you back during Diwali on pro-rata basis. But, if you resign before Diwali then you have to forget your Diwali bonus that is deducted from your salary every month which is not informed to the employees when they join or later. Bingo! the company got extra money stolen from your salary! Salary Deduction - This is something strange and new to learn about. I don't know which law permits to deduct double salary of one day's unpaid leave. They credit the salary calculating as per 30 or 31 days of the month and while deducting (for an unpaid leave or any reason) they deduct calculating as per 21 days of a month (That's double of one day's salary). Why such a loot!? HONEST ADVICE TO ALL THOSE WHO ARE SEEKING EMPLOYMENT IN THIS ORGANIZATION, 'DO NOT JOIN' IF YOU WISH TO HAVE A SMOOTH CAREER AHEAD. YOUR TALENT AND KNOWLEDGE WON'T BE VALUED OR APPRECIATED IN THIS ORGANIZATION. Not to forget, everybody is forced to sign a two years bond with the company that is against the Indian Law. There are endless Cons while talking about this company.... !

Pros

Only company location and employees are pros. There is 2 years bond for everyone joining the company. Think before joining.

Cons

Very slow growing profit oriented organization which has only 1 potential client that too works on outdated technology and customized frameworks. 3 family members seating in 3 different department are running the company. No leave policies as per law. Only 15 leaves including medical & casual. Asking long vacation is crime & CEO always try to analyze employees personal matters and asks to cut down their plans. Does'nt have holiday on important festivals. Unfair calculation of working hours- CEO expect to put extra efforts everyday without paying any compensation & cut payment for even for extra half day leave. Work timings - No work life balance. Most of the employees working more than 10 hours daily. Extra efforts are not measurable but late ins are countable. No mission and vision. Company is going in pointless direction. In business development department there is only one person rest team was fired long back. No projects in pipeline.  Work culture- no professional etiquettes. Micro management by CEO. CEO never schedule meeting for any discussion, calls employees from their desk without bothering anything. No hierarchy maintained while dealing with concerns. No standard engineering processes. No trainings for employee development. Anyone can be thrown to any project at any time irrespective of their technological strengths. Be ready to switch ur career into testing even you are a dac qualified developer, if management finds u not performing extra ordinary in starting few months!! Colleagues are helpful. Friendly environment within employees. cross teams collaboration is less. Playing Table tennis is only medium to collaborate but that's also judged by CEO as per his point of view.  HR only do recruitment. Don't have freedom to take any decision. They have to agreed on employer friendly policies which keeps changing person to person. For all matters CEO is only taking decision which r obviously in his own favour.  Salary- NO PF. 1st appraisal after year then bi yearly. Performance based. Be ready to compromise loyalty bonus and performance bonus. Policy changes as per employee. Bond of 2 years for everyone joining the company.

Nothing nothing nothing like nothing

It is actually not even a company. CEO is thinking something stupid and forces left 5-6 employees to do that... Only one project was revenue source.. They had company in kharadi WTC and that got shut down.. God knows what they do exactly... It is a joke rather than calling it a company... Better to be jobless than joining this company... If u don't have job and this company is only thing in life and u feel like committing suicide just commit suicide but don't join this company.
