      Pros

      - Innovating the future of payments; Top company in the industry - People are very welcoming; and ready to help you succeed in your new role - Great work culture, with a dedicated Social and Work culture team - High level of diversity and inclusion - Great company values that are worth living and striving for! - Really compensations & benefits; Health, pension etc.,

      Cons

      - Steep learning curve, but if you dedicate yourself it is very much worth it

      Pros

      Four day work week during the summer, RRSP matching, and devs are generally really good people. It *was* a great diverse place to work.

      Cons

      New CTO instantly put the entire team on blast. Is huge on public shaming (even when asked to bring criticism privately), swears actively in meetings, and makes many people uncomfortable. He pushes the team to implement massive large-scale changes on many things for really no reason other than he has a preference for one tool/technology vs. another, even when people highlight that both tools are functionally the same. He has huge problems with very specific people, and targeted them for dismissal/role reductions which drastically reduced the diverse pool of contributors that was originally there. Quite a few people have departed now due to him reducing the diversity that existed previously, causing many employees to feel unwelcome.

      Pros

      Nothing at all, they are liars .

      Cons

      They will hire you for one job Then completely switch it to something else you never signed up for . Then blame you for not having enough experience ? You signed your contract saying one job And they will switch up on you And not even pay you what your worth . Horrible management Grown adults need to be babysat Re assigns employee on job without training or any previous experience then fires you after probation is up . So if you want to be taken advantage of for 3 months for insulting pay and then fired This is the job for you
