Everyone is related and there is no room for growth. They micromanage literally everything and have a very difficult time getting people to stay because they're awful at training and treat people terribly. Only apply if you love making people miserable and being miserable yourself. I cannot stress enough how badly you SHOULD NOT work here. I massively regret it.

Partners is always a great place to come to work. Employees are almost always in a great mood all around. Friendly work place, and everyone is treated like a family. Relationships with co-workers expand outside of these four walls. Managers are fun to be around, yet, stern with the need arises. I have been here for almost 6 years, and I love it so much, that I even got my friend a job here too, and shes coming up on her 1 year anniversary with the company! I highly recommend this company as a whole.
