      Terrible place to work at. Alot of clicks with employees and bosses.

      Pros

      I like my job and what I'm in charge of. My daily duties. I take pride in my job even if the company has many bad apples.

      Cons

      To many relationships with the employees and the bosses. The director speaks to you like your a tiny individual. The manager if your her friend she will make things happen for you and if your not her friend then forget about ever being recognized. And the supervisors do nothing and get recognized for their friendship status with the bosses. Bottom line you will move up if you play the game. Are you up for that!!

      Pros

      There is none. Benefits are okay if it's just for you and using your PTO is a joke if you aren't a favorite.

      Cons

      Middle school behavior around there, has supervisors who really shouldn't be supervisors at all. If you don't kiss any butt you will never advanced around there and when you do advanced if you are a genuinely a good tech others will tear you down when you try to do your job. Basically keep to yourself if you want to survive around there. Raises don't exist and they expect you to live and breath the job.

      Management sucks big time! Very unprofessional for an office environment. Revolving door... One employee comes in two more go out
