Pros
I was a 'Day 1 Employee' at Patsnap where and when it all began. Patsnap trains and teaches you the fundamentals of what it takes to be successful, not just in sales, but in business, Yes, it does have a steep learning curve and you will need to work smart and hard, however, the rewards and recognition are there. The fundamentals that I refer to are still apparent and still discussed by many previous Patsnap employees to this day. This reflects a foundation instilled in many. The company culture is ever evolving and changing with growth just like many SaaS businesses. However, in my opinion, the core values of Patsnap that made/makes it what it is/and will be are - - Growth and Practitioner mindset - You need to dedicate yourself to your craft and be adaptable. - Candor and Closeness - Be direct and constructive, build and value the relationships that you build. -GRIT and Passion - You will need to dig deep at times (this is sales, not just Patsnap) and you need to believe and get behind the People, Product and Positioning of the company. You'll learn these values there and understand how important they are for your own development.
Cons
The pace is fast and not for everyone. However, if you want to advance and accelerate your career, what environment do you need?

Pros
As someone who’s been here for over 4 years, I think PatSnap has had a lot of changes but mostly for the better. The company is making a real effort to improve employee well being and development. Not sure why people in other posts complained about things like discrimination or things being unfair, I know first hand of a disgruntled employee who went to tribunal with false claims but in the end, all those claims were dismissed by the judge. It’s probably true that were some bad apples in the past but from what I can tell in the last few years that I’ve been here, I think SLT has done good job rebuilding the culture. No workplace is perfect but so far, things are looking bright and I see myself building a career here.
Cons
Continue with your effort so far in building a great culture and hire more great people. Continue to share your vision and keep everyone motivated.

Pros
Lovely people - both talented and committed. People go our of their way to be helpful Caring company - many surprise perks just to show appreciation to employees Very open culture - I feel that I could pick up the phone to anyone at Patsnap Many culture and wellbeing programs So much development - I've worked at many company over the last 15 years and I've never seen as many learning opportunities as I see at Patsnap The whole company comes together on a weekly basis for a Huddle to share business updates and focus on people stuff. This help you feel connected.
Cons
There is a lot of change, but having worked for companies where there are many hoops to jump through to make stuff happen, my preference is to work somewhere like Patsnap where you can easily turn your ideas into action. I'll be honest, I do work more hours at Patsnap than I did in my previous job, but I used to commute for three hours a day - which I no longer do, and because I like my job , I'm happy to go above and beyond, as I see the impact of my work.

RecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at PatSnap full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
This is a very entrepreneurial environment, if you enjoy not so much red tape like in a big corporate and want the freedom to experiment and be innovative, this is the place where you can try and do something about it.
Cons
Very fast pace, we have to keep adapting ourselves and grow and learn. Some colleagues I saw cannot adapt and cannot cope with the changes and growth required, they became stressful and disgruntled. I would say those who like stability should opt for other work places.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are pleased that you are enjoying the team spirt at Patsnap and you value the many opportunities to grow at Patsnap. Yes, we are at an exciting point in our evolution as we rapidly grow. We need to be adaptive to the wider business and customer’s needs, so change is necessary and commonplace at PatSnap. As change is inevitable for most organizations right now (given the pandemic), we are doing everything we can to support employees through the change. We have taken feedback about change on board, so in Q1 of this year we will run change workshop for all PatSnappers, and subsequent change management development for our leaders/managers.
