Working there taught me that a beautiful brand image can hide an incredibly unhealthy internal culture. I have never experienced a workplace so disconnected from transparency, emotional intelligence, and respect for the people actually driving the business forward. Constant favoritism, passive-aggressive leadership, lack of accountability, and condescending communication created an environment that felt draining instead of inspiring. What’s most disappointing is that the people making real results happen are often undervalued while politics and ego take center stage. For a company that sells femininity, empowerment, and luxury, the internal experience felt surprisingly cold, dismissive, and transactional. No amount of beautiful clothes is worth sacrificing your peace, health, or self-worth.
