Business outlook
Pros
The YP's in care, are generally a great bunch, and in real need of committed people. The pay is good at Pathfinders. An plenty of work. Generally staff are fairly transient though.
Cons
Pathfinders downside... They have unqualified and unorganised management; trying to a big job they are just not equipped to do. Leaving many of the YPs personal lives in chaos and the placement,s in neglectful disarray.
