Flexible working hours most of the time.
Cons
Company structure can be disorganized and hectic. Lack of communication and transparency from management. Bad experience if attached to wrong sales head. Questionable commission scheme and difficult to claim expenses.

-At Pathgreen, I managed to experience proper corporate working culture and environment which can be beneficial for you to learn new skillsets. - Dental, optical, and panel benefit. Insurance.
Cons
- Lack of career growth. No increment after a year and after financial year. - Not gonna put names, but a certain individual from management level is seriously toxic. Acts like they are so great, but in reality, they should get a serious reality check. - Parking is only 50% reimbursed. The parking at Phileo is seriously expensive, you expect people especially those who don't earn a lot to fork out almost RM200 for parking??
