Overall, Great Place to work

Pros

The staff! - Wonderful staff who take a lot of pride in a positive office culture. You would be hard pressed to find a better group of people to work with. The office is truly collaborative despite so many employees being remote. Flexibility - with the option for many positions to work remotely, it's great to not have to be shackled to the NYC office. Managers - Although I can't speak to all of them, the manager for the Client Admin team is hands down the best manager I have every had. Above all else, she listen and responds to the needs of her team to make us better.

Cons

Really, the only downside to working here is the compensation. The benefits package is great, but the salaries are substantially under the market rate.

Pros

They sometimes serve birthday cake.

Cons

Long hours, ridiculously low pay, little to no respect, hours and hours of monotonous tasks in front of a salesforce screen, cheap CEO, the constant mix of personal with professional... this company takes advantage of the newly graduated optimistic theater arts student and robs them of all their energy and ambition.

They don't value employees

Pros

Colleagues are passionate about the arts, very smart and a fun group of people. They value diversity and equity in hiring practices. Healthcare is okay and free if you are a single person

Cons

Very low pay for the level of work expected, management is constantly cutting corners and refusing to invest in growing skills. They are only interested in signing larger deals. There is a complete lack of accountability for salespeople who don't understand how the system works and close sales based on misunderstandings. The company has never offered a 401k match of any kind, for the past 2 years, the company has decided it was too much money to have a real holiday party, so they decided to hold it online, in the office.
