Working a lot during pandemic and got a worse contract

You can get one of their sandwich or soups for lunch.

Cons

During the pandemic, my team and I worked a lot and broke records on top of records for selling plenty of bread, pastries and coffee. When the Corona situation calmed down, we not only got any prizes but a worse contract proposal. After that, all the long-time workers slowly left the branch in Greenwich.
