Cons
- corporate culture : it has drastically taken over a once happy company - HR : they are not your friend. Whatever is said, they are not your friend - It rolls downhill : depending on your team, be prepared to be lambasted from a dizzy height for something that was not explained properly. Management wants the oddest things to be done. Expect to work overtime, but don't expect to get paid to do it.
