Pros
The atmosphere is very fun, not a normal workplace can provide you. Very supportive manager and boss. Great team-building activity. Business is growing at an encouraging pace.
Cons
Not really any. If I must say something, then there is no clear structure to get a promotion. But salary review regularly + I see quite some promotion in the 1 year I am here.

Pros
A very close and welcoming team, an amazing work enviroment and great varied job role. Really good management and company core values. The company always offer great benefits as well.
Cons
I can’t think of anything bad to say about working for PayItMonthly, I personally love that it is a small company because everyone works closely together as a team, and everyone knows eachother well.
