      Pros

      You get good exposure to market, but on your own. Do not expect any support from management, who are busy with their own internal bickering. HR team hears all but are unable to act.

      Cons

      Salary date is as per your CTC. Higher ones get paid late. Marketing team fools the CEO with targets and achievements. Hence, entire operation cycle is a goof up This is a Family run business.,,,so expect any body to be your team mate or boss, regardless of experience.

      Nothing to write it's a worst company with guilty people.

      Cons

      1. Management doesn't believe in their employees 2.Totally owner(mad) driven company no space for employee 3. don't have patience to act accordingly to the plan required to set up a new market 4.No defined HR/Sales/Incentive policies 5. Everything depends on Boss mood 6. Salary is not on time 7.Not good foe experienced people 8.Mad and guilty people are there 9. Not safe for girls
