Pros

Payfirma office location is excellent. The product and service is better than the rests out there so easy to sell. It is nice to have a work life balance. I like the startup feel even though it's not. This means lots of flex time. A little harder in sales because you're on the phone most of the time.

Cons

It is an emotional popularity contest. The CEO is incompetent in company business. He talks entertaining things and jokes at times but does not make the company better. Like a car salesperson. Lots of useless meetings and townhalls. It's been getting worse in recent.

Pros

- cool product and great office - some great execs that would do much better at another company

Cons

- ceo told us at a staff meeting that the work we were doing (credit card processing) was more important than the cure for cancer.

Pros

* Strong and adept leadership team * Collegiate atmosphere of collaboration and team work * Company treats every employee like gold (retreats, catered lunches, bonuses) * CEO keeps everyone connected with town halls, updates * Everyone feels like they are part of something big * Growing rapidly, we doubled in the past year

Cons

* Very competitive atmosphere, which can be a little tough on new recruits * Long work hours (by our own choice) but you have to work longer to compete for raises * Wish there was more promotion from within instead of new hires
