Pros
they offer vitality but no one participates in it and the company buys lunch for employees that are all carbs so I feel like they are not really behind it. Flexibility was great and generous PTO
Cons
If it is not a manager idea, it is not a good one. Also be ready to have your work critiqued all day through email and chat, and the constant negative criticism is unsettling. Also if you are hired, you better learn pretty darn fast on your own, or you are out the door. And lastly, the teams do not work together well for problem resolution. Such a revolving door, you are not sure who works there.

The main reason I decided to take this position was due to the amazing people that work for this company. We are very busy, but everyone is always willing to assist each other in whatever capacity. Our CEO is a compassionate leader and that compassion transcends down throughout the organization. I truly look forward to coming to work each and every day.
