Pros

The whole company feels part of something and sees the potential of where we can be. The CEO listens to his team, he is transparent with the company strategy and goals and is responsive to ideas. Room for growth for new hires. New offices, a growing team and a unique offering in the enterprise tech market.

Cons

Still need to build the teams to handle the first rate service we are providing. Team growth needs to be at the same speed as the growth of our client base.
